Retail Associates Rashenda Branch and Tracy Jefferson  at the Little Rock Asher Station are doing what it takes achieve the Gold Star Level.  Rashenda has earned two Gold Stars.   There are several requirements to obtain Gold Star status, with the main objective to provide excellent customer service to every person that walks in the retail lobby.
