AR Rural Carrier Lesa Howell received a handmade lap quilt by one of her customers
and the following letter expressing how much her customer service is
appreciated.
“This
is to thank you for all you do. You
always go above and beyond to make sure our packages are delivered to us, and
kept safe and dry. There have been a few
times that I have had fabric delivered, and it was a relief to find out you had
put it somewhere safely for me.”
