LITTLE ROCK EMPLOYEE RECOGNIZED BY CUSTOMER FOR GREAT SERVICE
Little Rock, AR Secretary (a) Diana Smith recently received
a letter of commendation from a Russellville, AR customer.
“Dear Postmaster,
I just wanted you to know how thankful I am for your
employee Ms. Diana Smith. A very
important certified letter had been sent a week and a half ago. Your carrier tried to deliver it but their
office was closed. I’m not really sure
why it was attempted to be delivered again, but it sat in your Post Office for
a week.
I called and talked to Ms. Smith. She was able to promptly
locate the letter. She was able to have it delivered that day! She kept me
informed the whole time until it was delivered.
It is so nice to know that there are such nice people who really care. I feel like she went above and beyond to help
me. May God bless this sweet lady.”
