BOONEVILLE RURAL CARRIER CELEBRATES A MILLION MILES OF  SAFE DRIVING
Booneville, AR Postmaster Scott Koenig (l) presented Rural Carrier Ruby Gartman with her Million Mile Safe Driver Award. She has completed 36 years of driving without an at-fault accident.
