Little Rock Passport Agent Owen White recently received a surprise visit from PHil Pusateri, the New Orleans US State Department Passport Office's Customer Service Manager.

Pusateri was passing through Little Rock while on vacation and stopped by to meet White in person to let him know that he is very pleased with the Little Rock Main Office's passport acceptance process.

Bull Shoals RCA Russell Hand received his national certification from the Arkansas Department of Health as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). 

Russell is a member of the Flippin and Yellville Volunteer Fire Departments.  Many times he has reported to work after assisting at the scene of an accident or fire.
